All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when the order has shipped.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup available at our Khobar location only at the following address: AURA, Salaheddin Alayoubi Street, AlRawabi, Alkhobar 3442, Saudi Arabia).

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are everyday from 12 pm to 9 pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

All sales are final and non-returnable however if you receive an incorrect or defective item you may return it and request for a full refund within 72 hrs. Please visit our refund page for more info.
